Processing and delivery times
- Time between order and shipment (order preparation): 1 to 2 business days.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 working days.
- European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 2 to 8 working days.
Right of withdrawal (right of return)
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give a reason or pay any penalties.
- The product must be unworn , unused , undamaged and in its original packaging .
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned , except in the case of a defect.
- You must inform us of your wish to return the items by email before shipping them.

- Other EU countries : Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer .
