Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our online store (“the Store”). The Store has no physical location and sells products in Mainland France, the European Union, as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms without reservation.
1. Product Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are indicated in Euros (EUR). VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been validated.
2. Order Formation
An order is considered accepted when the Store sends an order confirmation email to the customer.
The Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons (out of stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, etc.).
3. Delivery and Transfer of Ownership
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery zones: Mainland France, European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Carrier: Colissimo

- France: 2–4 business days
- International: 2–8 business days

4. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds
In accordance with EU and French consumer law, customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of defective products.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Certain products (custom orders, hygiene-related items) may not be eligible for return, as permitted by law.
5. Warranty and After-Sales Service
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the legal warranty against hidden defects, as provided by EU and French law.
In case of a defect, the customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for any warranty claim.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Store is liable only for direct and foreseeable damages.
The Store is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure, carrier issues, third parties, etc.).
7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service first.
Customers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Jurisdiction shall lie with the French courts of the Store’s registered office.
8. Final Provisions
The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will apply from the date they are published on the website.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
