Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

In accordance with European Union legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason or paying any penalties.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

• The product must be unworn, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect.

Return Shipping Fees

• Voluntary Return (Change of Mind): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for both France and other EU countries.
• Defective Product or Shipping Error: If the product is defective or if we made an error in shipping, we will cover the full cost of the return shipping.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

• Refund Amount: The refund will include the price of the product and the original shipping costs (corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method we offer).
• Exception : If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard shipping (e.g., Express Delivery), the additional costs associated with that choice will not be refunded.
