Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery method:

Domestic and international delivery depending on the zones defined below.

  • United Kingdom

Processing and Delivery Times

  1. Order processing time (time from order to shipment): 1–2 business days.
  2. Estimated delivery times:
  • Mainland France : 2–4 business days.
  • European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom : 2–8 business days.

Orders placed during July will be processed and shipped starting August 1st due to vacation.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on orders over €100.

  • Mainland France: €5.25
  • European Union & Switzerland: €6.90
  • United Kingdom: €7.90

For Customers in Switzerland

For orders shipped to Switzerland, import VAT and customs clearance fees may apply. While customs duties on most industrial goods have been abolished, VAT remains applicable if the tax amount exceeds 5 CHF. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged Items

Delivery Delays

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for safe delivery lies with the carrier.
In case of delay:

  • Check the online tracking using the number provided.
  • Contact the carrier’s customer service via their online form or phone.
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays alone, unless a loss or significant problem is confirmed.

Lost Packages

If the tracking information remains unchanged for an extended period and the package cannot be located:

  • Report the issue to the carrier so that an investigation can be opened.
  • In the event of confirmed loss, we will handle the follow-up with the carrier and, if possible, any compensation according to the carrier’s conditions.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided for every order.
